1. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in the UK and China.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK & China: 5 working days
EU, Japan & Korea: 10 working days
USA: 15 working days
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Chöke is not responsible for any unpaid customs charges or packages returned due to non-payment.

If you'd like to use a specific courier or shipping method, please email gmail@choke.uk before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are:
In their original condition
Unworn and unused
With all tags and packaging intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Made-to-order pieces
These are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Size Exchanges
If the item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability. Please email gmail@choke.uk with your order number and requested size to arrange.
We kindly ask that customers do not return items unless they are damaged or the incorrect size was shipped due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Chöke is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange:
Email gmail@choke.uk with your order number, the item you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
If your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
3. Damages & Issues
All items are quality-checked before shipment. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gmail@choke.uk, including:

Clear photos of the issue
We will assess your case and may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
